Due to our financial situation, we are continuing to accept submissions at no charge for the first 2 entries. Entry #3 will have a fee of $5 and Entry #4 will have a fee of $10. GALA is made up of artists and art enthusiasts. GALA promotes artists and the visual arts in our community by sponsoring art exhibits at the Gresham Council Chamber Lobby and other locations throughout the East Multnomah County.
